Step 1: Turant UPI App Me Complaint Karo

Jis app se payment hui ho (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm / BHIM):

  • App open karo

  • Transaction History me jao

  • Galat payment select karo

  • “Help / Report a Problem” par click karo

  • Option choose karo:
    👉 Sent to wrong UPI ID / Wrong person

📝 Details bharo:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date & amount

  • Short explanation


🔹 Step 2: Bank Customer Care Se Baat Karo

Agar app se response na mile:

  • Apne bank customer care par call karo

  • Batao: “Wrong UPI transfer ho gaya hai”

  • Transaction ID zarur do

📌 Bank usually 2–7 working days me reply deta hai


🔹 Step 3: Receiver Se Contact (Agar Details Dikhe)

  • Agar receiver ka mobile number / name dikhta ho

  • Politely request karo refund ke liye

  • Kai cases me log khud paise wapas kar dete hain


🔹 Step 4: Written Complaint (Bank Branch)

Agar online complaint solve na ho:

  • Apni bank branch jao

  • Written application do

  • Attach karo:

🔹 Step 5: NPCI / RBI Me Complaint (Last Option)

Agar bank help na kare:

  • RBI CMS Portal par complaint

  • Ya NPCI UPI grievance
